
The Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens kicked off on Friday at the Kai Tak Sports Park, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The opening ceremony showcased a diverse array of celebrations, including a dragon dance, a light show, robot cheerleaders, and music from a K-pop group.
The three-day rugby extravaganza continued for its second consecutive year at the new venue, combining world-class rugby, fancy dress, and live music, as costumed fans transformed the stadium into a carnival-like setting.
