Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) on Tuesday unveiled its 39th city terminal in Shenzhen’s Guangming district, further strengthening connectivity across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Strategically located in the heart of Guangming, the new HKIA city terminal is housed in Tequ Jianfa Yuefu Plaza (特区建发乐府广场), adjacent to Shenzhen Metro’s Fenghuang Town Station (凤凰城站), as well as Wanda Plaza and the Grand Mercure hotel.

During the initial stage, three daily shuttle services are available, with a journey time of about 90 minutes via Shenzhen Bay Port to reach HKIA’s departure hall. Tickets are priced at 160 yuan and can be purchased at the hotel lobby.

The bus operator, Trans-Island Chinalink, said frequencies will be increased in response to passenger demand.
