GUANGZHOU - Contemporary cutting-edge artworks showcasing experimental approaches of Chinese and overseas Chinese artists, which are on display at an exhibition as part of the GDMoA Annual Artist Nomination 2025 in Guangzhou, have drawn large crowds to the Guangdong Museum of Art.
Featuring works across multiple mediums, the exhibition highlights the artists’ critical engagement with contemporary societal themes and technical experimentation.
Beginning on April 11, the exhibition will remain open to the public through July 27 at the museum's new venue at the Baietan GBA Art Center.
Successfully held twice in 2021 and 2023, the event is a key project independently curated by the Guangdong Museum of Art.
