Australia win fifth Ashes by five wickets, take series 4-1

SYDNEY - Australia beat England by five wickets on the fifth day of the fifth and final Ashes test on Thursday to seal a 4-1 series triumph.
The hosts won the first three tests in the series in Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide to secure series honors and ensure they would retain the Ashes urn until they next tour England in 2027.
