Key measures include expanding housing supply, strengthening healthcare and education, and advancing youth and elderly services. On the economic front, the government will enhance innovation, deepen Greater Bay Area integration, and attract global investment.
The address reaffirmed Hong Kong’s role as a link between Chinese mainland and international markets while setting priorities for sustainable growth and talent development. The annual policy statement serves as the SAR government’s roadmap for economic and social development.
