Hang Seng Index closes 1.32% lower

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 1.32 percent to close at 23,867.74 points on Tuesday.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index dropped 1.21 percent to end at 8,030.26 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index down 1.52 percent to close at 4,045.91 points.
