The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam suspended operations at four coastal airports, including in Danang, Sunday as Tropical Storm Bualoi barrels into the Southeast Asian country, VietnamNet reported on its website.
Danang flights are expected to be halted from 6 am to 11 am Sunday, while Dong Hoi airport in Quang Tri province is set to close from 1 pm until 10 pm, while the city of Hue’s facility will suspend operations from 8 am to 2 pm, according to the report.
Tho Xuan airport in Thanh Hoa province is likely to close from 10 pm Sunday through 7 am Monday, VietnamNet said.

The storm, which led to at least four deaths in the Philippines, is forecast to make landfall in Vietnam’s coastal provinces later Sunday, according to Tuoi Tre’s website. Heavy rains in the city of Hue have already caused flooding, the newspaper said in a separate report.
The government warned on is website of flashfloods and landslides in low-lying and mountainous areas.
