India, Singapore sign MoUs in semiconductors, digital tech

NEW DELHI — India and Singapore signed memorandums of understanding for cooperation in semiconductors, digital technologies, skill development and healthcare during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the city-state, foreign ministry said on Thursday.
