The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival made its highly anticipated return on Thursday, transforming the Central Harbourfront Event Space into a world-class epicurean hotspot set against the iconic Victoria Harbour skyline.

Running from Thursday through Sunday, the annual culinary extravaganza showcases a global array of fine wines and gourmet cuisine, alongside emerging beverage trends such as sparkling teas, low-alcohol craft beers, Asian vintages, and artisanal cocktails.

Jointly organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Bordeaux Wine Council, the flagship event highlights a dedicated "Only in Hong Kong" section, reimagining local heritage flavors with modern culinary techniques to offer exclusive dining experiences unique to the city.

Visitors can also participate in immersive tasting sessions and masterclasses led by sommeliers and industry experts, complemented by a vibrant lineup of live nighttime entertainment along the waterfront.
