Hang Seng Index closes 0.51 pct lower

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index market ended lower Tuesday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 0.51 percent to close at 23,496.89 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index fell 0.54 percent to end at 7,770.26 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 0.75 percent to end at 4,507.04 points.
