Thai top court takes up case seeking to invalidate election

BANGKOK - Thailand's Constitutional Court accepted a petition on Wednesday by a 6-3 vote seeking to rule on whether February's general election should be declared invalid over concerns about barcodes and QR codes printed on ballot papers.
