KYIV - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree to sanction 10 Russian transport and logistics companies, according to the Ukrainian president's official website Saturday.
The sanctions list includes private Russian companies that deliver items for Russian troops.
Postal operators that have circumvented sanctions to create channels for so-called parallel imports of dual-use goods (such as electronics and drones) are also subject to the sanctions, according to the website.

Meanwhile, Zelensky said the time and place of the next meeting of the teams of Ukraine, the United States and Russia will be determined depending on the security circumstances and real diplomatic opportunities.
"Depending on the security situation and real diplomatic possibilities, the time and place of the next meeting of our team and the US team -- the meeting with the Russians -- will be determined," he said in a video address.
Zelensky noted that he has issued updated directives to the Ukrainian negotiating team and the broader Ukrainian diplomatic team. "Peace is needed -- true peace -- and a real possibility for people to live freely and to live safely," he emphasized.

The Ukrainian president also stated that the Ukrainian side is continuing preparations for the trilateral meeting, whenever that may take place.
As Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported, Zelensky said Thursday that the next trilateral meeting could take place in early March in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The Ukrainian, Russian and US delegations previously held two rounds of talks in Abu Dhabi in January and February, followed by another round in Geneva earlier this month.
