
BEIJING – To further facilitate cross-border travel, China has decided to extend its visa-free policy to ordinary passport holders from Canada and the UK starting from Tuesday, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
A spokesperson for the ministry said on Sunday that ordinary passport holders from the two countries can be exempted from visas to enter China and stay for up to 30 days for business, tourism, visiting family and friends, exchange and transit purposes.
