HONG KONG - The Eastern Section of the East Coast Boardwalk in North Point — the final 1.1-kilometer segment of the 13-kilometer promenade along the northern shore of Hong Kong Island — officially opened on Monday morning.

Linking the North Point Promenade to Hoi Yu Street in Quarry Bay, this new section brings to life the vision of a “Seamless Boardwalk Linking Island West and East”.

The extension also features an experiential glass observatory deck, offering visitors unique views of Victoria Harbour beneath the Boardwalk, as well as a pet-friendly area near Tin Chiu Street for the enjoyment of pet owners and their companions.
