HONG KONG – Ballots were drawn on Thursday to determine the priority sequence for applications in the sale of flats under Hong Kong's Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH).
The ballot was conducted by the Housing Authority, and the results are now available online, said a spokesman for the Housing Authority.
This sale round includes 2,576 new flats at Wang Chi Court in Kowloon Bay. Unsold or rescinded flats from developments sold under GSH 2020-21 and GSH 2022, and a new batch of recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme flats, are also included for sale.

The authority received around 36,000 applications, including around 24,000 carried-over Green Form applications from the Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2024 and around 12,000 new applications.
It is the first time the Housing Authority has allocated an extra ballot number to applicants who failed to purchase a Subsidised Sale Flat (SSF) in the last two consecutive sale exercises of the same type of SSF, to increase their chances of purchasing SSFs.
Among the applications, about 30,000 came from family applicants and about 6,000 from one-person households.

Eligible applicants will receive notifications in batches with regard to flat selection from the fourth quarter of this year, the Housing Authority spokesman said.
“When it comes to an eligible applicant's turn for flat selection, he/she may select a GSH flat or a recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme flat subject to the availability of flats,” added the spokesman.
