LONDON - Chelsea has included all four of its summer signings in a 28-player squad for the Club World Cup, with forward Liam Delap, goalkeeper Mike Penders, center-back Mamadou Sarr and midfielder Dario Essugo all named by coach Enzo Maresca.

Forward Christopher Nkunku, who many expect to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, has also been included, along with 21-year-old Brazilian Andrey Santos, who impressed last season on loan at Strasbourg in France's Ligue 1.

However, Santos is one of the few returning loanees to make the squad, along with goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic, who also impressed at Strasbourg missing out.

Defender Axel Disasi has also failed to make the plane, while Raheem Sterling isn't part of the squad after returning from a disappointing loan with Arsenal and with his future also in the air.

Finally, defender Wesley Fofana's hamstring injury means that he will continue with his recovery rather than travel to the USA.

Chelsea is in a group with US side LAFC, along with Brazilian outfit Flamengo and ES Tunis from Tunisia and kicks off its campaign in Atlanta against LAFC on June 16.
