BEIJING - Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Friday extended congratulations to Irakli Kobakhidze on his assuming office as Georgian prime minister.

In his message, Li spoke highly of the development of China-Georgia relations and the achievements of bilateral cooperation in various fields.
