Zhu Ping, known as “Tape-Measure Guy,” is a delivery driver in Shenzhen, China. Over the past three years, he’s dedicated his free time to photographing and measuring damaged streets in the city. Armed with his trusty tape measure and a phone, he’s amassed a wealth of precise data that has grabbed the attention of local authorities. Thanks to his valuable insights, the authorities have taken action to address numerous problematic roads.
