Memories of Forbidden City

By chinadaily.com.cn

As the Palace Museum celebrates its 90th anniversary, old photos recall distant memories of the Forbidden City in the years spanning the 1950s to 1980s. The pictures were taken by photographers from Magnum Photos, a photo cooperative founded in 1947 by the world's most famous photographers of the time - Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, George Rodger and David "Chim" Seymour. Let's see some of the photos.
