Black Wednesday
Flood water cascades from a collapsed retaining wall which was damaged during the heavy storm on Wednesday in Sau Mau Ping near Shun On Estate. The Hong Kong Observatory issued a Black Rainstorm Signal in the morning, with rainfall in some areas reaching 200 mm.
