Chan Hao-ching of Chinese Taipei and Miyu Kato of Japan clinched the women’s doubles title at the Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open on Sunday.

The second seeds captured the championship with a clinical 6–4, 6–4 victory over the Australian pairing of Talia Gibson and Maddison Inglis.

Breaking serve four times across the two sets while protecting their own leads under pressure, Chan and Kato held off a late push from Gibson and Inglis to secure the straight-sets win and seal the tournament title.
