Pakistan test-fires extended version of Fatah-4 cruise missile

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan on Tuesday successfully test-fired an extended version of the indigenously developed Fatah-4 ground-launched cruise missile, the country's military said.

The missile is equipped with advanced avionics and navigation systems, the Inter-Services Public Relations, the military's media wing, said in a statement.

The weapon system could engage targets at extended ranges with high precision and lethality, while the test also validated technical parameters of various subsystems designed to improve accuracy and survivability, according to the statement.
