HONG KONG – The 2026 HKFC Standard Chartered Soccer Sevens concluded its three-day event at the Hong Kong Football Club on Sunday, wrapping up the Men's, Masters, Women's, and Junior divisions.

The final day of competition featured a full schedule of knockout football, highlighted by the West Ham United U21 squad securing the Main Shield title with a 7-6 penalty shootout victory over Glasgow Rangers following a 2-2 draw in the final.

Throughout the weekend, international academy sides from clubs like Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds, Glasgow Rangers and Yokohama F. Marinos competed alongside top regional Asian clubs in the signature fast-paced, seven-a-side format.

Alongside the elite tiers, the expanded Women's tournament and the localized Junior Soccer Sevens matches highlighted the event's emphasis on youth development and community engagement, maintaining a well-attended, family-friendly stadium environment until the final whistle.
