International cultural industries fair kicks off with record-breaking scale

SHENZHEN — The 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center on Thursday, adding another highlight to the global cultural industry calendar.

With a record-breaking 6,312 domestic and international institutions and enterprises participating both online and offline, this year's fair showcases over 120,000 cultural products across 160,000 square meters of exhibition space.

The fair features eight major exhibition halls, including three comprehensive halls and five specialized halls, with 34 detailed professional exhibition zones.

Total 3,306 enterprises are participating physically, while another 3,006 are showcasing their products online.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Industries Innovation Hall has emerged as a standout attraction, bringing together cutting-edge cultural creativity from across the region.

Hong Kong's trendy toys, Dongguan's original IP creations, and numerous tech-cultural products such as AI glasses are drawing significant crowds.
