
MADRID - The 15-year-old son of Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo is currently on trial with the club's youth system, the Spanish sports paper Diaro AS confirmed on Wednesday.
Cristiano Jr began working with Real Madrid's Cadete A (Under-16 team) on Monday and according to FIFA rules could be with the club for up to eight weeks on trial.
The teenager is currently with the Al Nassr youth system and has previously been in the ranks at Manchester United and Juventus, as he develops into a forward, who like his father, can also play on the wing and he has already made his debut with the Portugal Under-16 team.
Cristiano Ronaldo (father) joined Real Madrid from Manchester United in the summer of 2009, scoring 450 goals in 438 appearances and winning four Champions Leagues, two Copas del Rey, two La Liga titles and three World Club Championships before joining Juventus in 2018.
