
China is committed to translating the goal of building an Asia-Pacific community into concrete action and turning the blueprint into reality as it hosts the Asia-Pacific Economic Leaders' Meeting in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, this year, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Sunday.
APEC Shenzhen will focus on the three priorities of openness, innovation and cooperation, and once again chart the course and rally strengths for Asia-Pacific cooperation at a crucial crossroad, Wang said at a news conference on the sidelines of the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress in Beijing.

China is ready to make APEC Shenzhen a new starting point for advancing the goal of building an Asia-Pacific community, he said.
