US: Two killed in strike on alleged drug-smuggling boat in Pacific

WASHINGTON - The US military on Thursday struck another alleged drug-trafficking vessel in the eastern Pacific, killing two people, the US Southern Command said on X.

"Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations," the post said, adding "two narco-terrorists" were killed during this action.
