Hong Kong Hang Seng Index surpasses 27,000 points

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed above 27,000 points shortly after the market opened on Tuesday. Both the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng Tech Index also recorded gains.
