MOSCOW - The Russian Foreign Ministry on Sunday rebuked British Defence Secretary John Healey's remarks about "abducting" President Vladimir Putin.
Maria Zakharova, the ministry's spokesperson, called the remarks "the obscene fantasies of British deviants" during an appearance on the Russian TV channel TV Tsentr.
On Friday, Healey said he would "take Putin into custody and hold him accountable for war crimes" when asked by Ukrainian media which world leader he would like to abduct.
