BEIJING - Chinese and European Union trade officials held an "upgraded version" of the China-EU export-control dialogue mechanism meeting, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said on Monday.
The dialogue meeting took place between Jiang Qianliang, director-general of the MOC's bureau of industry security and import and export control, and Denis Redonnet, deputy director-general of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Trade, from Oct 31 to Nov 1 in Brussels, the MOC said in an online statement.
The two sides carried out in-depth, constructive communication on mutual concerns in the field of export control, and agreed to maintain dialogue and communication to promote the stability and smooth operations of industrial and supply chains between China and Europe, said the statement.
