Hong Kong's Hang Seng Tech Index rises over 3%

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, once rose 3.41 percent in Wednesday's morning session.
Meanwhile, the benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 1.37 percent, and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index jumped 1.82 percent.
