HONG KONG - Nearly 100 young patients were transformed into Disney princes and princesses on Thursday as they joined a celebration with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse at Hong Kong Children’s Hospital.

The event, themed “PlayWell with Disney: 20th Anniversary Royal Party”, marked part of the festivities for the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDR).

Dressed in their special anniversary outfits, Mickey and Minnie Mouse were joined by Disney VoluntEARS and HKDR leaders to bring joy to the children through a series of activities. 

Highlights included a heartfelt rendition of the park’s original 20th anniversary song, interactive game booths such as bracelet-making, and the distribution of special gift packs with Disney Princess activity booklets.

The enchanting afternoon was filled with warmth and joy, creating cherished memories for the young patients and their families ahead of the new school year.
