The unprecedented “A Journey of Growth” Art and Learning Exhibition was held at K11 MUSEA’s Art & Cultural Centre from March 6-9, 2025. Attended by the Honourable Bernard Charnwut Chan, GBM, GBS, JP, chairman of the M+ Museum of Visual Culture, and other distinguished guests, the exhibition showcased around 3,000 artworks and IB Primary Years Programme projects created by VEO students aged two to six years old from pre-nursery to K3.

Each piece symbolized a personal educational journey — reflecting unique dreams, great aspirations, and unlimited potential. A variety of workshops were also arranged at the exhibition, allowing students and parents to experience the fun of art and extend creativity into cultural exploration.

On June 17-18, 2025, over 1,500 VEO students, parents, principals, teachers, and distinguished guests gathered for the three sessions of VEO’s 60th graduation ceremony, to share the joy of the Class of 2025.

Nearly 500 graduates received heartfelt and inspiring words from the guests of honor: Dr Choi Yuk-lin, JP, secretary for education; Ms Guo Jingjing, Olympic diving champion; and Ms Judy Chen, JP, chairman of the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF. Their words provided encouragement as the VEO graduates embarked on their primary school journeys.

Student performances were the highlight of the ceremony. Graduates from VEO’s eight campuses lit up the stage with a variety of vibrant performances, drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The celebration continued with the Joint Campus Music Concert held on the evening of June 18, 2025. Ninety talented students from the VEO Joint Campus Choir and Strings Programme showcased their musical growth alongside alumni and professional musicians. The young performers impressed the audience with their passion and skills.

To make the diamond jubilee even more meaningful, VEO collaborated with UNICEF, World Vision, Orbis, St. James’ Settlement, and other charitable organizations to support over 60 community service activities throughout the year. By engaging in these activities, VEO students developed a strong sense of responsibility towards society, extending care beyond the classroom and into the wider community.
