Chinese shares close lower Monday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks closed lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.2 percent to 3,288.41 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.62 percent lower at 9,855.2 points.
